Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday, Western European Time)

Delayed Deliveries If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to request redelivery or a full refund if delivery is significantly delayed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@collectionbyclove.com.

Customs & Duties For orders within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
